Three girls, three visions and one kitchen
A cook, a dancer and a singer have come together from different worlds and passions to create their own unique cooking studio with a new lunch concept.
Les Filles meet thanks to architects Lhoas&Lhoas who pioneered the assembly of a group of investors to buy an old hat factory in Brussels and share their vision of communal living. Three years and seven children later, their worlds evermore entwined, Les Filles are born. The grass looking greener on the culinary side, Jeanna(singer) and Pascale(dancer)recycle their creative energy and join Line in the kitchen. Line’s experience of having worked for numerous well-known restaurants and later her own « Un Peu Beaucoup» Place Saint Boniface from 2002 to 2006 then starting her own company “ToqueToc” specializing in theme-based cooking classes for children and adults, catering and consultancy make the framework for Les Filles. A dynamic cooking studio with complimentary activities and an accent on subscription-based company lunches delivered directly from their kitchen to your office!
The studio also offers cooking classes for adults and children and has a cosy communal table open during lunch hours with a “serve-yourself”, relaxed atmosphere and family style cooking that makes everyone feel at-home. Their cuisine is based on fresh, seasonal, organic or local high quality ingredients, naturally grown and harvested with special attention to ecologically sound and socially responsible farming methods. Each menu is thoughtfully created to both nourish and delight.
Les Filles is a multi-functional / multi-faceted new project bringing together creativity(culinary expertise), passion(constant analysis of the importance of nutritional, socially responsible local/organic ingredients), exchange of knowledge(cooking classes), team-building(company membership lunches), family and friends.
